After 17 years of skiing all the major resorts in British Colombia and Alberta Sun Peaks remains at the top of our list . This lovely family friendly resort has never failed to provide great skiing conditions and we have ventured there on seven ocassions.
Our most visit in January 2102 again met our expectations. We stayed at Hearthstone lodge and were very impressed with the service and facilities and of course the ski in / ski out access.
The terrain is expansive providing opportunities for all skiing levels to be challenged whilst the design allows for catchups on the slopes without restricting your skiing options.
There is a wide variety of restaurants providing everyone with the chance to satisfy their culinary needs at very reasonable prices We now centre our visits around mid January enabling us to partake in The Winter Wine Festival activities a truly pleasurable diversion.
We have experienced the growth of this resort but it still maintains it's friendly village atmosphere and boasts fantastic skiing on uncrowded slopes.
Truly a fantastic destination for all categories of snow sports.
