Return Visit

Being 3rd visit to Big White and once again found it to be excellent.

Sampled the renowned Okanaga champagne powder again!  

We will definately go back again. 

Big White Big Fun

This resort has some of the best cruisers in the world. Wide cambered runs looping in and out of fantastic scenery. Has large variety of runs to suit everyone. Runs are long and can find some decent blacks in the mix.

Only a few restaurants but most are pretty good quality. The Globe restaurant is a supurb dining experience for a reasonable price. Snowshoe Sams is a reasonable apre ski.

The ski school is fantastic for kids.

Main attraction is the runs though especially in gem lake area.

Probably only spend 5 days as would have skiied most areas by then. But will be five magic days skiing!

Big White Xmas in Big White

Hopefully the first of many white Christmas’s……..

Big White was a great destination to celebrate Christmas and toast in the New Year.  A combination of amazing snow, great terrain, quiet slopes, and never having to wait for longer than 5 minutes for a lift, made it an awesome destination for a ski holiday.

Chateau Big White was perfectly situated in the centre of the village, ski in and out, and walking distance from all the village restaurants and bars.

Champagne in the hot tub watching the sun go down over the mountains was a nice way to end a day skiing!

The massage at the day spa, not a bad way to relieve sore muscles either.

All in all a thoroughly enjoyable mountain to visit can’t wait to go back, highly recommend it!
