United Aircraft
New this season will be more modern Boeing 777 aircraft from Sydney direct to Los Angeles and San Francisco, with direct connections to Aspen and most major Resorts, plus New York and many other US destinations. From Melbourne, United will operate the state of the art Boeing 787 Dreamliner direct to Los Angeles, with onward United connections to resorts and other destinations.

You should be aware of potential problems in this circumstance. For example combining separate fares to Los Angeles, with other carriers to Aspen, involves two separate fares and airline tickets. Should your flights misconnect for any reason, each carrier can apply the rules of their individual fare, and could require you to pay a penalty charge, to continue a delayed journey. This happens infrequently, but you should be aware of the possibility.

Baggage: In some circumstances, carriers may not interline baggage, which must then be carried between terminals, and re-checked for onward flights. A through fare ticket does not remove the inconvenience of missed connections, however airlines will generally assist with re-booking the continuation of your journey.

Domestic US/Canadian carriers do not have free baggage allowance and will apply baggage charges. These are generally waived when flight is part of a through ticketed international journey.

Lowest Fares: Please ask your consultant if any special fares may apply. Travelplan receive special fares that may not have been available at the time of printing.

Frequent Flyers: Register in an airline Frequent Flyer Program and earn points using any of our ski fares. Please let us know your frequent flyer number(s) at the time of booking.

Taxes and Surcharges: Travelplan has included Canadian Navcan in our fares where applicable. Other taxes and surcharges as known at publication date, are included. Subject to change.
