Built in 2025 in the quiet Switchback Creek development on the eastern side of Sun Peaks. These condos feature high-end designer finishes throughout with bright, beautifully modern living space featuring nearly floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of all of the surrounding mountains. Take advantage of ski-in access via the McGillivray Ski-Back connector run, and a quick walk to ski-out. Right off of the living room is access to your private balcony, complete with a barbecue and a luxurious hot tub. The fully equipped kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and modern finishes with seating for 4 at the breakfast bar and 8 at the dining table. A large laundry room offers complimentary in-suite washer and dryer access.
