1. The promoter of the ‘Write a Review and Win' competition is Travelplan Australia Pty Ltd.
2. Promotion starts at 9am, October 01, 2009 and concludes at midnight, April 06, 2010.
The decision on the final winners will take place in the Travelplan Head office, located at
118 Edinburgh Rd Castlecrag NSW 2068 at midday April 07, 2010.
3. Competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over only. Employees and
their immediate families of the promoter are ineligible.
4. To enter participants must write a review on their favourite ski resort and or accommodation
and have it published on the Travelplan Website. The same individual may post as many
original reviews as they like, each single review is equal to one entry into the prize draw.
Reviews must not contain any offensive or copyrighted © material. We aren't looking for long
essays, but at least 3-5 points of what you like or don't like about a your experience will do.
All reviews are moderated by Travelplan, only the reviews deemed worthy will be published.
Reviews may take one or two days to appear on our website.
5. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and reserves the right to
disqualify any entrant for tampering with the promotion process or for submitting a promotion
entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
6. There are 8 prizes in total. Prize pool consists of 1 x pair of HEAD 'Mojo 94' SKI'S AUD$1,395
1 x HEAD 'Transit i' SNOWBOARD AUD$1,130 and 6 pairs of Carrera Goggles AUD$249.
7. The winners will be notified by email with the details provided at the time of entry. Any contact
details entered incorrectly on the website shall be deemed invalid.
8. Winners will be announced on our website, eNewsletter, our facebook page, digg.com and
twitter at the conclusion of the promotion.
9. The winners should allow up to 30 days after notification for receipt of the prize.
10. If any of the winners cannot be contacted within 90 days of the announcement of winners,
Travelplan reserves the right to redraw the prize to another entrant.
11. All user reviews become the property of Travelplan Australia and will be displayed on the
Travelplan website.
12. The promoter will use the entrants' names for promotional purposes, i.e. to update the
winners on upcoming eNewsletters and other announcements.
13. Prizes are not transferable, nor redeemable for cash.
14. All out of pocket expenses, including bindings, fitting and other related expenses are the
responsibility of the prize winner.
15. The promoter shall not be responsible for any consequential loss, damage, injury or death
sustained during the course of using the prize.
16. Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. Any unclaimed prize will be automaticaly placed into a second chance draw. Prizes must be
claimed by 02 June 2010.
18. Submitting your review on the Travelplan website deems that you have agreed to the above
