As a skier of 43 years in a row, my wife Lindy and myself got a chance to ski in the U.S. Anne at Travelplan set us up at Copper Mtn, EVERYTHING went like clockwork, from check in, to which flight to catch, to which transfer, to which sign of door to go out and meet a bus, lift tickets etc, etc,
The flight on V Australia was beond my expetations, it must be the best airline in the world, Our room at Telemark Lodge was self containsd with magnificient wiews and 3 minute walk to the lifts and the electronic pass ment strait on the lifts [not that there was ever a wait] the terain is mind blowing, so many runs you need 15 days to get used to all you really can explore, living at 9,700 feet and skiing at nearly 13,000 feet REALLY takes some getting used to. Also, the people are SOOOOO friendly its embaressing. Vail, Winter Park Breckenridge A Basin Keystone are all not far away, we skied Vail and Breck as well and a must do at Breck is ski the highest lift point in the world at 4k,s up omg,,,
The village at Copper has to be seen to be believed, it is so beautiful everything you want is there, the snow was good and the views so incredible they nearly look like there fake, I rang Anne and told her of our trip and out of 100 I raited the whole thing 200, Lindy and myself are going back to the States next year probily Park City and Steamboat,
thanks Phil
