Probably the best resort we've been to.
Written by Cindy a Skier from Sydney, Australia
Eight years ago my husband and I decided we would ski a different resort every year for 10 years. We'd already skied some great resorts in Europe and Canada, and have since added Aspen (excellent), Whistler (great ambience) Banff (wonderful hotel) New Zealand (not for the faint hearted) Hakuba Japan (see those snow monkeys, relax in those onsens), Fernie (spectacular) and Cervinia Italy (wonderful atmosphere). For overall terrain, Jackson Hole topped the list. Highest percentage of black runs, huge variety, excellent treed areas, unbelievable amount and quality of snow, and some great extras like snowmobiling in Yellowstone National Park. Plus, more elk antlers than you'll ever experience again in your life! Two thumbs up to Jackson Hole!
