In need of an update, but satisfactorily priced

A colleague and I stayed here in Jan/Feb 2012. The front desk was a little unorganised on our arrival and we couldn't access our room until late in the afternoon. The room was ok but the bathroom was original ( read: untouched since the 1970's).
There was no restaurant service so it was necessary to walk or catch the bus to town which was only a few stops. We walked and beat the bus. The bus stops almost outside the lodge.
We had alot of noise from directly upstairs during our stay well throughout the night and this was distractig. The breakfast materials were put out in the morning for a self serve affair but probably not enough to fuel skiers for a 1/2 day on the slopes. Overall, It was cheap for Aspen and was OK.
I doubt whether I would choose here again unless I was on a 3 star budget.
