Niseko

summary of experience

Unable to comment on child facilities or ski school as no children accompanying. Would happily return to Niseko, though would not have a standard room at Vale Niseko as view is basically a wall! Great skiing, not as expansive as Colorado or Canada.

Great place for Kids

Youtei tracks is close to everything you could need. A short walk to the shops, surrounded by great restaurants and a comfortable walking distance to the kid ski school.

Stayed at Pension Kisara

First visit to Niseko. Great skiing all runs on/off piste & night skiing as good as day. People very friendly but loosing some of its culture. TJs tour group was fantastic to meet new friends to ski with at Niseko & back home.

Trip to Rutsutsu great skiing on slopes & through trees.

Will go again.  

Japan with Infant

Accomodation was brilliant, and in house child minding was fantastic.

Snow was great I have skied the globe and none come close. Slopes could be a little steeper, perfect for intermediate to advanced. Experts will get a little bored after about 4 days.

Great tree skiing.

People are brilliant!

6 Days of Awesome Powder

Travelplan Ski assisted myself and a buddy in organising an amazing trip to Japan.

6 amazing days in Niseko sandwiched by a few very entertaining nights in Tokyo. Both hotels were in fantastic locations.

Our japanese style onsen room in Hirafutei Prince was a great reward at the end of each day, as we went hard every day to make the best of the excellent conditions.

Niseko with Travelplan

We have skiied in may places across the world and rate Niseko as one of the best for terrain, snow quality, restaurant options, onsens and hospitality.

Yama Shizen, Niseko

A fantastic and stress-free holiday. Everything was taken care of, from airport transfers to magnificent accommodation. Staff were helpful and friendly, and our studio apartment had a great view out over the creek. The apartment had EVERYTHING we could need, and our own personal washing and drying room was invaluable. Yama Shizen is perfectly located for walking to restaurants and bars as well as being a 5min stroll to the lifts in the morning. We will definitely be back!

Powder Plus

We stayed at Wajima, which was central, and absolutely first class. 

We had fresh snow every day, and even though it snowed just about the whole time, visibility was OK. 

The variety of food and the quality of restaurants was terrific. 

All in all a wonderful family holiday, and Travelplan made everything very easy.

Ramat Niseko

Very comfortable rooms. Very welcoming staff, friends with all in the group from day one.Mini bus to slopes, and to nearby village for shopping, always available. On site thai massage very welcome. I needed assessment for a whiplash neck injury which was arranged with an Australian physio within a couple of hours. The resort compared very favourably with our favorite Canadian resorts.

Ski in ski out powder heaven

Sumptuous breakfasts, fresh powder on your doorstep, no crowds, 3 or more mountains to explore, powder heaven, return to a smile and a welcome back, dream away the aches in the onsen,tempura and flavours to behold, sleep like a king and wake to more of the same.
