The Monashees offers the most difficult and challenging skiing of any of the CMH areas and is only for strong, experienced CMH Heli-Skiers. Famous for long, consistent, steep-pitched runs and the best tree skiing anywhere.
The terrain encompasses 1,712 square kilometres (275 runs). Situated in the heart of the interior snowbelt featuring mature, naturally well-spaced forest.
Between 60 and 90 percent of the skiing is done in the trees.
