Established in 1982, CMH Kootenay is based in the picturesque town of Nakusp, British Columbia on the shore of Upper Arrow Lake.

CMH Kootenay is all about skiing. With two mountain ranges and endless valleys of perfectly spaced trees and open bowls, it's a skier's paradise. We are blessed with abundant snowfall and have so much terrain, we never run out of fresh slopes to ride.

The skiing is demanding at Kootenay and is for stronger, aggressive skiers only. Skiers should be physically fit and prepared to spend the whole day in the mountains, as the chance to fly back to the lodge during the day is rare.
