Tough Mountain. Not for the feint hearted!

What a truly amazing ski holiday. From the groomers to the Cat Skiing, it was an experience I look forward to experiencing again!. The only restaurant in the resort needs to loosen its belt a touch; too formal for its surrounds and too limited in the food on offer but the food that was there was excellent.

Great snow - absolutely no lift queues, the runs go forever.

Good tree skiing inbounds - best I''ve skiied inbound in Canada.

Great advanced terrain for me and it worked well for my better half who prefers the blue slopes.

Make sure you go downtown for the hockey match on Friday nights!!

Seriously, Revelstoke is like Jackson Hole used to be. It lacks glitz and pizzazz, but it has one of the best mountains in North America and great skiing / boarding. 

2009 & 2010 weren''t great snow years, but Rev was as good as anywhere else on the continent. 

Getting there will always be difficult, as its a long way from anywhere, but hopefully that means that it will keep its charm for years to come.
