Twentieth Wedding Anniversary

We were meant to travel to Canada last year for our twentieth wedding anniversary but my husband bulged two discs in his back so was unable to ski. We were very disappointed.

We rang Travelplan once we had decided to try again this year,2012. The travel agent was extremely helpful ,suggesting different accommodation and packages.

We had an absolutely wonderful trip no problems or hitches everything ran like clockwork.

The accomodation was fantastic and had everything you could ask for.

The only problem now is that we will want to go every year for our wedding anniversary or for any other excuse that we can find!!!

Sun Peaks is lots of fun, plenty of places to eat and go out at night, a great place for couples. The mountain is nice when there has been a lot of snow. They allow dogs to stay at the Delta Sun Peaks and it smells a bit doggy.

Friendly Sunpeaks

If Sunpeaks had to be summarized in one word it would be "FRIENDLY" - from the greeting of the shuttle driver at the airport, to all the staff at Delta resort , the guys at the ski valet, the towies, the mountain guides, and the other skiers and boarders.

This was a resort where people chatted to others in bars, restaurants and on the slopes. Add to that the atmosphere of a compact village , great snow , a variety of slopes ,and no lift lines and it makes a very enjoyable resort.
