Big White Xmas in Big White

Hopefully the first of many white Christmas’s……..

Big White was a great destination to celebrate Christmas and toast in the New Year.  A combination of amazing snow, great terrain, quiet slopes, and never having to wait for longer than 5 minutes for a lift, made it an awesome destination for a ski holiday.

Chateau Big White was perfectly situated in the centre of the village, ski in and out, and walking distance from all the village restaurants and bars.

Champagne in the hot tub watching the sun go down over the mountains was a nice way to end a day skiing!

The massage at the day spa, not a bad way to relieve sore muscles either.

All in all a thoroughly enjoyable mountain to visit can’t wait to go back, highly recommend it!

Big White has excellent dry powder with a good base. Big White offers excellent runs from beginners to the most adventurous and the lifts provide easy access to all of this. The village has plenty of great night life although it can be a little pricy, however I guess this is something you can expect from pretty much any ski resort. If you’re into skiing or snowboarding, then Big White is a definite place to check out and enjoy.
